Step up from coaxial to single-rotor to collective pitch |
If you're ready to step up from a coaxial or single-rotor fixed-pitch heli, the Blade SR is the absolute best way to make that transition a successful one. It comes out of the box programmed to provide softer climb, pitch and roll response around the center of stick movement. This, combined with the tough, two-piece main frame and lower head speed, makes the Blade SR more forgiving and easier to master than most conventional Collective Pitch helicopters. Plus, it's big enough to fly outdoors even if there's a little wind. Blade SR Highlights: - 100% factory-assembled, test-flown and ready-to-fly
- A great 2nd heli for anyone who has flown a coaxial or single rotor fixed-pitch heli
- Softer control response around center for transitioning pilots
- Includes 6-channel 2.4GHz DSM2 transmitter
- Includes DC Li-Po balancing charger with AC adapter
- Includes 3S 11.1V 1000mAh Li-Po battery pack

Great Heli once you get that wandering thing down. Oh yea, this one also has alot more pep than your msr so go easy on the throttle stick. I've crashed it several times then decided to get back to basics and learn to hover for a while before trying to impress the neighbors.

Fellow greenhorns-
Better find some wide open spaces for this one. Although tamed down, it's still a handful, and much bigger than your ol' mSR. So out I went. First strike against a thin, sucker tree was all it took, Dented blades, bent feathering shaft, broken pitch link assembly. $46.23 later, I'm back up, but just hovering inside for now. Next calm day, I'll go again! I like the feel, just hope I don't buy many more $50 rides.
