"F5B Tiger" 1.7M Composite Hotliner

67" wingspan, 36-1/2" long, 330 sq. in. wing area, MH30 airfoil, 45 oz. flying weight. Exquisite hollow molded F5B hotliner. Attention to detail is superb. Smooth integrated aileron hinging with gap seals installed, carbon reinforcement at center of wing and along the spar caps, carbon patches where the servos install in the wing (prevents distortion of upper wing surface when servo is glued in), lightweight glass servo covers, molded in color with bold black stripes on the bottom of the wing. The wing and stabilizer are complete and pre-drilled for mounting screws. The fuselage has the wing and stabilizer mounting hardware pre-installed. Our airplane is set up with a "Sport" power system using the AXI2217/09 outrunner with 3.1:1 planetary gearbox. This system is very light and will pull the airplane absolutely straight up. The battery is good for 20+ quick climbs to altitude and 100+ MPH dives and passes per battery charge. Due to the airplane’s terrific glide, we recommend you program both ailerons to be raised with a slide switch on your transmitter, shortening the landing approach. There are no instructions included. We balanced ours at 2-1/2" back from the leading edge of the wing at the root. For 4 channels: Ailerons (2 servos), Elevator, and Throttle. A computer radio with exponential and end point adjustments is recommended.
