Venom Lifetime Battery Replacement Plan

We are so sure about the quality of our batteries that we offer a Venom Lifetime Battery Replacement Plan on all of our rechargeable batteries. First year is a 100% unconditional replacement (we do however reserve the right to deny replacement to any serial abusers of our policy). Year 2 onward, any Venom battery can be exchange for a brand new battery of same size and type for 30% off the retail price for consumers, no questions asked. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, crash or water damage, modifications (including plug changes), or any damages arising as a result of improper use. Lithium Polymer Safety Issues
Lithium Polymer batteries are significantly more volatile than the alkaline or NiCad batteries used in RC applications. Mishandling of LiPo batteries can result in fire. Please be sure to read and follow all manufacturer instructions and warnings before use. The following is a list of potential hazards and safety issues. This is NOT a comprehensive list, but is provided as an overview for your consideration.

- Store and charge in a fireproof container; never in your model, on or near flammable materials. Monitor charging closely. Never leave charging batteries unattended.
- Use only chargers designed for LiPo batteries. Carefully set charge rate and time per manufacturer specifications.
- If battery shows ANY sign of overheating remove from charger IMMEDIATELY and put in a safe, NON-FLAMMABLE area or container.
- If batteries are involved in a crash, check for damage and/or overheating, ALWAYS remove cells and carefully place in a safe container or area for at least 30 minutes before re-charging or reuse.
- If batteries show ANY sign of damage place them in a safe area or container for at least 2 hours, then follow manufacturer instructions for disposal. NEVER charge or use a damaged cell or pack.
- NEVER fully discharge LiPo batteries, as this will cause cell damage.
- Do NOT attempt to create your own battery packs from individual cells.
- Handle all cells/packs with care, as they can deliver high physically damaging currents if shorted.

Please note that most LiPo battery manufacturer's product warranties are limited to original defects in material and workmanship only. Warranties do not cover collateral damage. Due to the nature and use of this product there are no term warranties. Misuse, abuse, incorrect charging and other inappropriate handling of these products are not covered under warranty.
