Atlas WARRANTY AND REPAIR POLICY

Hobby Lobby's warranty policy on Atlas Products:

Hobby Lobby International, Inc. guarantees each Atlas brand motor or controller to be free from defects in materials or workmanship and to operate as advertised for a period of 36 months from the time of its original purchase. Hobby Lobby will replace the Atlas brand motor or controller at no charge except for return postage, if the motor or controller fails to operate due to manufacturing defects within the first 36 months. Damage caused by modification, misuse, crashes, or overheating is not covered under this warranty.

If your Atlas electric motor or controller fails for any reason after the 36 month warranty period, Hobby Lobby will replace it at a cost of half of the current retail price of a new motor or controller, plus shipping.

How to make a claim for a defective Atlas motor or controller:

Include along with the defective product, the original invoice or sales receipt for the motor or controller, or a copy of one of them. Ask for "replacement of this motor or controller under the 36 month warranty."

This warranty does not cover repair or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from misuse or accidents.

Attention Hobby Shop owner:

Hobby Lobby will replace any Atlas brand motor or controller you send back to us that you have taken back from, and replaced for, your customer. If the failure was within the 3 year warranty period, Hobby Lobby will replace the motor or controller at no charge. If the failure was caused by customer error (a crash, etc.), or is out of the warranty period, Hobby Lobby will replace it at half price.
