Mini SAL UHU Side Arm Launch Glider

Simple-to-build model with good flying characteristics, of mainly balsa construction. These models are not launched in the usual “javelin” style, but using the “side arm launch” (SAL) or discus method. This involves attaching a nylon cord to one wing tip (right or left-hand, as preferred), which is used to launch the model to altitude with a brief rotation of the launcher's body. These models are of simple construction based on highly pre-fabricated components, including profiled wing panels, machined fuselage nose and die-cut tail panels, ensuring that they can be assembled successfully even by beginners and inexperienced modelers.
