SPEED 280 motors are 24mm diameter. Mini AC is smaller - 22mm diameter. A 280 motor is 1.5 oz. Mini AC is 1.7 oz. But Mini AC's behave like 480's! They are more efficient than 480's and they put out 480 size power with less current flow than 480's. For 10 to 30 oz. airplanes. 48mm long, 2.3mm shaft. Will mount anywhere a SPEED 400 or 480 was mounted and will fit SPEED 400 gearboxes. Has the same mounting bolt pattern and shaft size as a SPEED 400. Carbon outer case. Use 18 amp Jeti Brushless Motor Controller 18-3P.

300 Size Brushless Motors

300 size high RPM for ducted fans or gearboxes

Speed 300 size brushless motor for use in ducted fans of 55-65mm size. 24.8mm diameter, 1.9 oz. 2 pole high RPM. Case is finned aluminum for cooling, neodym magnets, solder posts on end bell allow for easy wiring to brushless controller. Motor can also be used with planetary gearboxes of 4.64 and 6:1. Use Jeti 18 or 30 amp motor controller.

Uses: in airplanes to 32 oz., with: 4.64:1 gear box, 7 cells, 9.5x6 prop, 6:1 gear box, 8 cells, 10x6 prop, and ducted fans dia. 55-65mm up to 10 cells.
