The Patriarch was designed to look like a long-range ballistic missile used in the National Missile Defense System. When powered with standard Estes engines, it blasts 600 feet into the sky and returns to earth via its decorated 12 inch preassembled parachute. With its super cool, clear fins, this rocket looks just like a real missile. The ready to fly Patriarch is a great first rocket because there is no painting or assembly to do. Estes model rocketry is recommended for ages 10 and up with adult supervision for those under 12. Unless otherwise specified, all models require assembly.
