Any balsa planer can plane with the grain - but very few can plane across the grain!

Made of cast and machined aluminum, 3.3" long by 2" wide. This German made balsa rc planer uses double-edge razor blades. The amount of blade extension can be easily adjusted and blade replacement takes only a few seconds. The secret of using extremely sharp but very thin and flexible double-edge razor blades for balsa planing is in the blade clamping mechanism. This rc planer has a strong steel full width clamp and an accurately machined base.
