How do I join?
If you have already registered on our website, you are ALREADY a member. If you have not yet registered, click here to join.

What will it cost me?
Membership is FREE but not automatic - you have to join to become a Star. Sign up takes only a minute.

When does it begin?
The Star Rewards Program will begin accumulating rewards for member orders on October 1, 2011 and rewards earned must be redeemed by September 30, 2012. You must be registered and signed in at the time of placing the order to receive or redeem your rewards. Sorry, we are unable to calculate reward points retroactively.

Do I have to redeem my rewards on my next purchase?
You can redeem your rewards at any time. You will be asked if you want to redeem your rewards during the checkout process. Use your credit right away, or save it for a future purchase!

Does the shipping charge count towards my order total?
Shipping does not count toward your order total when determining rewards earned. Example: If your shippable order is $210 and shipping accounts for $15 of this total, your qualified order will earn 2% reward credit because the order total, less shipping, is $195 and that qualifies for the $150 - $200 bonus credit.

How do I check to see if I have already earned rewards?
View your existing rewards or login and click the dropdown menu on the right and select "View Reward Details".

* Hobby Lobby reserves the right to terminate or modify the program at any time. Rewards accumulate only on shipped product. Members must be in good standing to receive rewards. Fradulent use of the Star Rewards Program will result in immediate termination of your membership and forefit of reward account balance. In the event of a return, the rewards credit earned off the returned items will be automatically removed from your account. In the event of a chargeback, the rewards credit will be automatically removed accordingly. Reward points can only be earned and redeemed on web orders. Rewards are not available in our retail store in Brentwood, TN - however, retail store customers can place orders on the web and choose the "Store Pickup" option which qualifies that order to redeem and earn rewards credit. All balances will expire on September 30th, 2012.
