Returning Unused Merchandise
Is your product new/unused and in its original packaging, and has it been purchased within the last 30 days? While we hope you'll love everything, sometimes that just doesn't happen. Fill out the return merchandise form. All merchandise returned must be in new, resaleable condition. Please note that merchandise returned to us may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping fees.
Returning Damaged Merchandise
Did your package arrive damaged? If you have the opportunity to refuse the package as damaged, do so and then call us. If the package has been dropped off, then in order to get proper credit, please call and notify us. A representative of the shipping company must see the packaging and pick up the product. Please keep all packaging for proof. We'll send the carrier to pick up the damaged package and ship you a replacement right away.
Did the outside look good, but it has internal damage? Keep packaging and please email or call us. It is helpful if you can send us pictures of the damage as well. We'll get right back to you.
Returning Defective Products
Is your product defective out of the box?
If you have a product that is defective right out of the box, it can usually be repaired or replaced at no charge. However, some manufacturers insist on dealing directly with you in these situations. Please see your product manual or call us at (866) 512-1444 and we'll give you further instructions.
